Services - Outside

• I'll check the property for curb appeal / overall looks!
• Park and walk the property
• Check all the windows, doors, and garages for security
• Check for any debris, papers, and circulars that could have blown onto the property.
• Check for outside furniture items that might be blown over.
• Check storage sheds to be sure closed and secure
• Mail Box - remove any mail and put it in a box inside the home. If needed I can leave the 3^rd class, mags, and junk mail there, while any first class I can forward to you. Speak to me if you feel the need.
• Check exterior of home for any obvious signs of storm damage such as siding blowing loose, roof shingles on the ground and so on.
• Check to see if the lawn service is being performed. Look over the lawn (brown or weeds), as well as the shrubs - trees for obvious signs of problems.
• Open and close the garage door to maintain the door opener.
• If car is left in garage, run it for a few minutes.
• Remove any door hangers, or flyers left at the residence.
• Check for any signs of vandalism.
• Check for any pest problems I see starting.
