Services - Inside

• Walk the Interior - Check for visible signs of mold or pest infestation.
• Check to see if power is on within the home.
• Run faucets / flush toilets to insure water is in the traps to prevent any sewer gas leakage.
• Check under the faucets in the kitchen / bathrooms for any signs of leaks / pests
• Kitchen disposal - run and add a spoon of cooking oil to help protect the gaskets from drying out. This is done monthly.
• Dishwasher - Run through a cycle to help keep the seals soft on the gaskets. <Monthly>
• Refrigerator / Freezer - Check on the operation if left on. Check them for any signs of mildew/mold if left off and open.
• Hot Water Heater - Check around it for signs of leaks as well as the status. Should it be on or off?
• Roof - Check the ceilings in the home for any obvious signs of water stains / leak problems.
• Temperature - What do you want the inside kept at? Take a temperature reading of the interior.
• Alarm System - Check on the operational condition. I can also serve as your local contact to check the interior of your residence on alarm activation calls at extra charges. I will either correct the problem or call and advise of the situation.
• Timers - Do you have exterior as well as interior lights on times? I will reset your timers to your settings after power interruptions.
• Smoke Detectors - Perform a battery test on them. <Monthly>
• Circuit Breaker Box - Check to see if there are any tripped breakers and reset same.
• Check residence after it was used by guests for conditions and security.
