Joe Kash – Owner
House Watching 4 U
House Watching 4 U
My name is Joe Kash, owner of House Watch 4 U. In 1998, after 26 years of service as a police officer in Pennsylvania, I retired from that position. After leaving Law Enforcement, I went to work with my school district for another 8 years, dealing mainly with special need students. After leaving that position I moved to my weekend home and made the shore my primary residence. While working as a police officer, I also worked a part time job. One of mine was that I worked as a house watcher and or a house sitter for people in my district. After moving to the shore area I found that type service to be lacking. I am putting my past experience to work for people that have second homes, rentals and so on in the Cape May County Region. That is the reason and background of why I founded House Watching 4 U!
As anyone with a second or vacation property already knows, it takes a lot of upkeep and care to keep it looking its best. Allow me to become a member of your team. When you get the time to visit your vacation home I am sure your number one reason is to relax, get to the beach and just enjoy. Let me be your middleman during your away time to offer you that peace of mind, that your home is safe and secure without that ride down to check it. As you can see by my bio above, I think I have proven that I am a trustworthy, dedicated professional. Let me be your eyes while you are away. I will use my years of experience as a police officer, along with my specialized training as a Crime Prevent Specialist, to give you peace of mind. I am dedicated & committed to customer service. It is important as a house watcher that we develop that special trust relationship. Trust me, I will give your property the utmost care and report my findings to you.
House Watchers is based in North Wildwood but serves the Cape May County Region. We are professional and wish to serve you. On top of the security we offer you, a byproduct is the added time you also gain at home (or on the golf course) instead of making that drive to check on things. With the cost of fuel, tolls, and your time ... a trip to the shore can become expensive. Let me find problems while that are still small, rather than finding a big one when you return.
